The Japan Kobelco mixing machine ensures precise and uniform rubber compounding from the very beginning of the production process. The German Troester parallel twin-screw extruder delivers accurate and consistent rubber profiles, while the VMI single-stage building machine and advanced cutting systems help achieve strong and reliable tire structures. Every tire then undergoes strict inspection through the Kokusai dynamic balancing and uniformity testing system to ensure product safety, performance, and consistency.
Large-scale curing equipment operates efficiently across the production floor, with tires moving smoothly through each production stage. From semi-finished components to completed products, every process is managed under a strict quality control system.
